Send access code through email

Previously, to start a remote support session, you could send the six-digit access code to device users through SMS. With this release, you can send the access code as a QR code by email too.

Update to device search behavior

Previously, you could perform a partial search for a device by entering the first few characters from the device’s IMEI, serial number, or mobile number. As of this release, you must enter a device’s full IMEI, serial number, or mobile number when searching for it.

Update to supported Android version

Previously, the Knox Remote Support agent on a device supported Android 11 or higher. With the 26.06 release, the agent now supports Android 12 or higher.
