You may want to change the support information displayed on an end user device during enrollment to Knox Mobile Enrollment.
How do I change the support information displayed on the Knox Mobile Enrollment device splash screen?
You can change the company name, address, and support contact details that are displayed to device users when initiating enrollment with Knox Mobile Enrollment by following the steps below.

Sign in to SamsungKnox.com with the super admin of the account.

On the Knox Admin Portal, click your account icon in the top right corner and select Settings.

On the Settings page, go to KNOX MOBILE ENROLLMENT and click DEFAULT SUPPORT INFORMATION.

On the KME: Default support information page, add or edit the necessary company details. You can change the company name, address, and support email or telephone number.

Click SAVE.
