Overview
When enrolling your Samsung Galaxy S25 device in Microsoft Intune, you may have encountered an issue where the OK button was hidden under the bottom navigation bar, preventing you from completing enrollment.
Cause
If the device category selection prompt was enabled in your Intune profile, this issue occurred when enrolling fully managed Samsung Galaxy S25 devices running Android 15 OS and higher.
Resolution
As of April 2nd, 2025, Microsoft Intune has released a fix for this issue. Please restart the enrollment process on your device and install the latest version of the Intune Company Portal app.
