Send user emails from templates

You can create and send emails to your Knox Manage users. To create an email template, click on your profile icon then click Settings. Then, navigate to the KNOX MANAGE section and click USER EMAIL TEMPLATES.
Click CREATE TEMPLATE to create a new email template. You can insert lookup items in the email body to include information that’s specific to the receiver.
To send an email a user, navigate to the Users page and select which users you want to send the email to. Then, click on the ACTIONS dropdown > Send email to user. Now select which email template to use, and click SEND.
