Manage existing connections

Last updated April 4th, 2025

Navigate to Connection and security > Identity provider. Here, you can view a list of your identity provider connections, and information about each connection. This list can be filtered and sorted by connection name, type, and last updated time.

For each connection, you can view the following information:

  • CONNECTION NAME — The name of the connection.
  • CONNECTION TYPE — The connection type.
  • SYNC STATUS — The sync status of the connection.
  • USER SYNC TARGET — Users targeted for sync with this connection.
  • GROUP SYNC TARGET — Groups targeted for sync with this connection.
  • AUTOMATIC SYNCS — Type of automatic sync configured for this connection.
  • LAST UPDATED — The last time the connection was updated.

Click the connection name to view additional details about a connection on the side panel. Here, you can trigger a sync with that connection, edit connection configurations, or delete the connection.

For each entry on the identity provider list, you can also click on the number of user sync or group sync targets. You can also select specific users and perform actions on those users from the ACTIONS dropdown.

Schedule automatic syncs

To automatically sync your IdP connection, enable Schedule automatic syncs to directory under Automatic syncs in the connection details panel.

Set Time zone, Start date and time, and Sync frequency values as required.
