Error KMA_F3005 — Enrollment Record Not Initialized

Overview

When enrolling a device in Knox Manage, you may encounter the following error:

[ERROR] [KMA_F3005]
Enrollment Record Not Initialized
The enrollment record of this device remains on the server. It must be initialized. Please contact your administrator.

Cause

This issue may occur when the device you’re enrolling already exists in the Knox Manage console. To proceed with enrollment, the device status must be Unenrolled in the Knox Manage tenant.

Resolution

Before enrolling the device again, you can Force Unenroll it from the Knox Manage console.
