Send commands to devices in groups

You can send device command requests to device groups, or to user groups that have assigned devices, as follows:

1. Navigate to Group.

2. On the Group page, click the check box next to the group that you want to send device commands to (you can only send commands to one group at a time).

3. Click Device Command and select the supported OS platform or device management type.

   Only device commands that are relevant to the target device(s) will be sent. For example, if the group only has Android devices, iOS device command requests will not be processed.

4. In the Device Command window, select the intended device command, then proceed to request it. The exact steps to request the device command depends on your command selection.
