Enrollment management

The Enrollment management policy allows you to configure messages that display on end user devices to communicate initial enrollment notices, sim card change events, and End User License Agreements (EULA).
To manage enrollment messages:
- Navigate to the Policies page.
- Under SETTINGS, click ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT. The Enrollment Management page displays.
- Configure your enrollment notice, custom EULA, and SIM card change messages as required. More information about these settings is available below.
- Click SAVE.
Enable enrollment notices
You can configure a default enrollment message that displays on devices when they are enrolled into Knox Guard. To set a unique enrollment message for a select device, see Update enrollment notice.
- Click Enable enrollment notices.
- Enter your message in the Customize message field.
- (Optional) Enter a Phone number that device users can call to learn more about their subscription. Phone numbers can only contain numbers and the following symbols:

. - Configure your Message settings:
- Persistent notification — The enrollment message displays permanently in the notification panel.
- Dismissible notification — The enrollment message can be dismissed.
- Show after enrollment is completed on the device (default)
- Show after device reboot
Activate custom EULA
You can create a default End User License Agreement (EULA) device users must agree to.
Click Activate custom EULA and enter an Agreement title and Agreement body.
SIM card change
You can configure a custom message that displays on devices when their SIM card is changed.
Click SIM card change and enter your message in the Customize message field. Optionally enter a Phone number that device users can call to learn more about their subscription.
