Enrollment management

The Enrollment management policy allows you to configure messages that display on end user devices to communicate initial enrollment screens, notices, terms and conditions, and SIM card change events.

To manage enrollment messages:

  1. Navigate to the Policies page.
  2. Under SETTINGS, click ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT. The Enrollment Management page displays.
  3. Configure your enrollment messages as required. More information about these settings is available in the following sections.
  4. Click SAVE.

Enrollment screen

This feature is available only to Device Financing customers.

You can set information to show to users upon device setup completion and when the device restarts. This policy is mandatory and non-configurable if your tenant is enrolled in the Device Financing domain.

Your Company name and Company contact info displays by default. You can optionally enter a Phone number and Email address to display to users.

Enable enrollment notices

You can configure a default enrollment message that displays on devices when they enroll into Knox Guard. To set a unique enrollment message for a select device, see Update enrollment notice.

  1. Click Enable enrollment notices.
  2. Enter your message in the Customize message field.
  3. (Optional) Enter a Phone number that device users can call to learn more about their subscription. Phone numbers can only contain numbers and the following symbols: #, +, *.
  4. Configure your Message settings:
    • Persistent notification — The enrollment message displays permanently in the notification panel.
    • Dismissible notification — The enrollment message can be dismissed.
      • Show after enrollment is completed on the device (default)
      • Show after device reboot

Activate customized Terms and Conditions

You can create default terms and conditions device users must agree to.

Create default custom Terms and Conditions screen.

Click Activate customized Terms and Conditions and enter an Agreement title and Agreement body.

SIM card change

You can configure a custom message that displays on devices when their SIM card is changed.

Click SIM card change and enter your message in the Customize message field. Optionally enter a Phone number that device users can call to learn more about their subscription.
