Upload devices

You can upload one or more devices to Knox Guard by entering their IMEIs or serial numbers into a standardized template. The maximum number of devices you can upload in one action is 10,000.

To download the standard template CSV, click BULK ACTIONS > Download CSV template. For information on how to create a properly formatted CSV file, click Instructions for all bulk actions from the bottom left-hand side of the Bulk actions screen.

To upload devices:

  1. Navigate to the Upload devices screen. This can be done in two ways:

    • On the Knox Guard console, click BULK ACTIONS > UPLOAD DEVICES.
    • On the Devices page, select ACTIONS > Manage device > Upload devices.

  2. Select the CSV, XLS, or XLSX file containing the device IDs.

  3. (Optional) Select Automatically accept all devices, Automatically lock all devices, Block ADB command, or Unblock AE provisioning to apply these settings to the devices upon upload.

  4. Click CONFIRM to upload the devices.
