Target firmware unavailable when configuring a campaign

Overview

When creating a campaign, if the Firmware version policy is set to Select from firmware list, you may encounter an issue where your target firmware version isn’t available in the list.

Cause

The Knox E-FOTA team identified an issue where firmware version files larger than 5GB were unable to upload to the Knox E-FOTA server.

Workaround

To resolve the issue, wait 24 hours before trying again.

If your target firmware version remains unavailable, please submit a support ticket.
