Changes to the remote control and factory reset features

Overview

On devices directly uploaded to Knox Configure, you may notice that the remote control and factory reset features can’t be applied.

Cause

Starting with Knox Configure 25.04, the remote control and factory reset features are only available on devices uploaded by an approved Knox reseller. Devices directly uploaded using a QR code or the Knox Deployment App no longer support these features.

Resolution

To use the remote control and factory reset features, an approved Knox reseller must upload the devices to Knox Configure.
