Installed apps missing from Unmanaged Apps and Managed Apps lists

Overview

When configuring your Knox Asset Intelligence dashboard settings, you may notice an issue on the APPS tab, where some apps installed on your device fleet are missing from the Unmanaged Apps and Managed Apps lists.

Cause

We’ve identified this issue occurs when an app’s name is identical to its package name. Currently, the dashboard filters these apps from being displayed under Unmanaged Apps or Managed Apps.

Resolution

The Knox Asset Intelligence team is working to resolve this issue in an upcoming release.
