Knox Asset Intelligence is a data analytics solution that transforms device usage information into powerful business insights, letting you gain visibility into the health and status of your mobile device fleet in order to predict and enhance usage patterns, maximize productivity, and plan ahead on asset management.

Additionally, it provides powerful security features like threat detection, vulnerability mapping, and device health attestation. And with seamless integration into security operations centers (SOCs) like Microsoft Sentinel, you can easily identify potential security issues before they have the chance to impact your operations.

Prerequisites

To use Knox Asset Intelligence, you’ll need the following:

A Samsung Knox account. For more information, refer to Create a Samsung account.
Android Devices running an appropriate Knox version.

Some devices models may only be partially-supported by certain Knox Asset Intelligence features. For a list of every partially-supported device, see Data features not supported on certain samsung devices.
Android Enterprise devices configured with a work profile. For mixed-used company-owned devices, or employee-owned devices (BYOD), the Knox Asset Intelligence agent must be installed in the work profile. See Enroll devices for more information.
A valid Knox Suite - Enterprise Plan license, or a standalone Knox Asset Intelligence license¹. To get a Knox Suite - Enterprise plan license, see Sign up for a Knox account
Firewall exceptions configured on your enterprise network in order to connect to the Knox Asset Intelligence servers. See Samsung Knox firewall exceptions for more information.
A laptop or desktop computer capable of running a web browser, with a minimum resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels.
