Consolidated reseller management

Previously, resellers were managed separately for each Knox cloud service.

Now, the Knox Admin Portal has a new, centralized Resellers page, where you can manage resellers for Knox Mobile Enrollment, Knox E-FOTA, Knox Asset Intelligence, Knox Configure, and Samsung Care+ for Business in one place.

When you use any of the individual service consoles to manage resellers, you’ll be redirected to this unified Resellers page. From there, you can add resellers and set preferences to streamline and automate actions, such as auto-approving device uploads and auto-assigning profiles, campaigns, or licenses. Centralized enrollment across services

Previously, enrollment settings for out-of-box experience (OOBE) were managed separately for Knox E-FOTA and Knox Asset Intelligence.

You can now use a centralized menu on the new Enrollment profiles page to configure the OOBE for devices enrolling into Knox E-FOTA, Knox Asset Intelligence, and EMMs.

Moreover, you’ll be redirected to the new Enrollment profiles page from the Knox Mobile Enrollment console, where you can create, edit, and delete the enrollment profiles.

Common permissions to manage access for sub-admins

Assign your sub-admins the following new permissions to control access to the Enrollment profiles and Resellers pages:

Bulk license management from the common device list

From the Bulk Actions tab on the Devices page, you can now reassign Knox Suite licenses and assign Samsung Care+ for Business licenses to up to 10,000 devices with a CSV upload.

Guided product tour to explore new features

When you first sign in after a release, the Knox Admin Portal highlights new features with interactive blue dot prompts across the UI. Clicking a prompt launches a guided tour of the latest updates.

You can also start the tour anytime by selecting Take a tour from the What’s New dialog.

Enrollment profile updates for the common device list

You can now manage enrollment profiles more efficiently on the Devices page:

On the DEVICES tab, now use the assign and unassign enrollment profile actions under Actions > Common. Previously, the actions were available under a Knox Mobile Enrollment section.
From the BULK ACTIONS tab, assign or unassign enrollment profiles and specify user credentials for up to 10,000 devices with a CSV file.
On the Common tab, use the new Enrollment profile column to view associated Knox cloud services — hover over an enrollment profile to view the complete list of services. This column replaces the Profile column on the Knox Mobile Enrollment tab.

Get the new Assign/Unassign enrollment profiles permission to manage enrollment profiles on the common device list.
