Submit a claim
- You can submit a claim request using one of the following methods:
- Login to the Samsung web portal using a registered mobile number.
- Call the Samsung Saudi Arabia toll-free number, 8002472222 (available Sunday to Thursday from 9AM to 6PM).
- Answer a few questions about the incident to verify your coverage.
- Choose one of the following convenient service modes:
- Self drop-off your device at an authorized Samsung Service Center in the KSA and submit the device for repair.
- Schedule a device pick-up and drop-off via Door-to-Door Service.
Repair time
Self drop-off — Our service center will inform you of the estimated repair time after you submit the device at a Samsung Service Center. Usually, the repairs are completed within 1 to 14 working days.
Pick up and drop-off — The device is picked up within 1 to 14 working days after the request is submitted. Once the repair is complete, the device is delivered back to you within 1 to 2 working days.
Track repair status
You can call our toll-free number, 8002472222, or login to the Samsung web portal to track the status of your claim. On the Samsung Web portal, you can:
- View a confirmation of the claim request submitted.
- Schedule a pick-up or self drop-off location and time.
- View timeline information regarding when your repaired device will be delivered to you, or when you can pick it up from the designated service center.
