Ability to view claim information per device

Previously, you could only view claim information on the LICENSE DETAILS panel for individual licenses. With Samsung Care+ for Business 25.01, you can now view claim information and claim history for each individual device. To view Claim ID, Claim status, and Modified date for all claims made for a device, open the DEVICE DETAILS panel on the Devices page.

Improvements to license claim status terminology

In Samsung Care+ for Business 25.01, to provide more accurate information on the current claim status for each license, the claim status shown in the LICENSE DETAILS panel is updated as follows:

Improvements to activity log downloads for registration errors

Previously, if an error occurred during device registration, activity results downloaded from the Activity log page provided vague error information. With this release, activity results now include detailed error messages, allowing IT admins to identify problems quickly.
